and hence the colonial secretary re

and Chamberlain are agreed. They
believe the British people are not yet

Herbert Beadle of Line county has
brought an action for damages against
Drs. Paine A Kuykendal of Eugene
asking for judgment for damages in
the sum of $10,000. Beadle broke
his arm last May and was taken to
