Grove for the election of one Mayor,
one Recorder, three Councilman and
one city Treasurer, and WHEREAS no
provision is made by ordinances or oth­
erwise for the nomination of candidates
for said offices.
THEREFORF, BE IT RESOLVED,
that Tuesday the 30th day of December
