fo r a system of reg istratio n o f electors
o f the S ta te , and the A ct provides for
re g istra tio n in m unicipalities sim ilar to
th e City of F o rest G rove, as follows:
“ In all m unicipal corporations o f this
S ta te , whose boundaries a ie not co­
term in u s w ith an election precinct or
g ro u p of p recincts, electors shall be
re g iste re d for elections th erein in the
m an n er required by this A ct for non­
m unicipal elections, b u t th e d u ties re ­
quired by this A ct to be perform ed by
county clerks shall in th a t case he p e r­
form ed by the clerks or city recorders
o r o th er officers perform ing th e duties
usually perform ed by such officers, and
all electors w ithin any such m unicipal
corporation shall re g iste r for m unicipal
elections before such officer. R e g istra ­
