To do this we would install ma­ chines in duplicate and keep our men in the town to look after the apparatus and keep up the dis­ tributing system. Our rates will be less than the city charges, and Meters will not be charged for. Maximum rate 12 cents K. W . for light, 7 cents K. W . for power. Minimum month charge 75cts.
