tempt for years on the part of news­
paper and magazine writers In the pay
of the great magazine trust to belittle
and misrepresent President Taft. The
result has been that the people have
an Impression that this has been a
“ do nothing’’ administration.
The
truth of the matter is that more con­
structive progressive legislation has
been accomplished under President
Taft than was ever accomplished in
any administration before.
