Mrs. Dixon, our local artist in con- |
nection with Miss Lytle, one of her
students will place a number of their
paintings on exhibition at Baldwin’s
confectionery store. Among them is
Miss Dixon’s painting, ‘ Dawn on the
Summit” a local painting. Mrs. Dixon
took a course of instruction under
Baroness DeBesta during 1905 while
she was exhibiting her $30,000 paint­
ing (Betrayed) in Portland. All lov­
ers of art are invited to call and see
