William Morley was brought before Recorder King last Tuesday on a complaint sworn out by a Mr. Grubbs, father of the young man whom Morley assaulted Sunday night near Down’s restaurant,and fined $5.00 and costs. The fight is the result of an old grudge between the two young men that had its origin in the brickyard last summer. The fixtures for the new saloon ar rived Wednesday and were set up Thursday. They are of oak highly finished and strictly up to date. Bud has not as yet taken out his license but will in a d?y or two, when every thing is in readiness.
