Sadie Cronin has with drawn from
the contest, leaving seven candidates
now in the field for World’s Fail hon
ors. Many are under the impression
that the contest will involve a fight be
tween Forest Grove and Hillsboro, but
such is not the case. The winning
candidates from each place will have
the opportunity to make the trip to St.
Louis. There are two distinct con
tests and any lady from the county
may enter either contest but not both.
