In three easy steps, the homeowner first applies the new adhesive to any hard surface wall. The 414 by 414 inch tiles are then set in place with special self-spacers insuring just the right space between each tile. Any surplus adhesive is easily wiped off. Once the tile has set, a special grout is applied with a trowel or sponge. The excess grout is wiped off with a sponge or squeegee, which forces the grout into the joints, making a tight, water-proof surface. When this grout, a special combination of waterproof ce ment, has set up, the joints are readily struck by running a tooth brush handle between the tiles. The result is a sparkling new ceramic-tiled kitchen, bath or powder room that glistens with the lustre imparted only by real ceramic tile and which will be easy to clean and will give years and years o f service.
