and Mrs. Bill Kirchem showed
some movies that they had
taken of the congregation
coming out of the church the
day of the Bennets' fortieth
wedding anniversary, and also
some of the film s taken at the
Community club of the anni

lovely framed copy of the Ten
Commandments to the Youth
Group.
Bernice Miller has been bit
ten by the cold bug and has
been dl for about ten days.
Timmy Garner is home
from the hospital where he
was confined with polio. He
seems to be getting along nice
ly-
attention to the fact that many fanners in the
low income bracket and ordinarily not re
quired to file income tax returns are failing
to meet an important requirement of the re
vised social security law that became effective
with 1955.
All farm operators, having a net profit of at
least $400.00 during 1955,
must file an income tax return
for social security purposes, even though there
may be no income tax liability. April 15 is the
deadline for filing income tax returns covering
the year 1955.
Farmers desiring specific information should
address the nearest Social Security Adminis-
tation District Office whose address is Pioneer
Post Office Building, Portland, Oregon.
