Code, 1930, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Budget Committee of Estacada, Oregon, has
prepared in compliance with the “ Local Budget Law" the following Budget Estimate for the period
front January 1, 1942 to June 30, 1942. All persons are hereby notified that on Tuesday, the 14th day
o f October, 1941 at 7:30 P. M. at the Council Room in the City Hall building, Estacada, Oiegon, the
following Budget Estimates for the ensuing six months ending June 30, 1942, for the City of Es­
tacada, Oregon, may be discussed with the City Council and Budget Committee, the levying board
for the City of Estacada, Oregon, and any person subject to the proposed tax levies will be heard
in favor o f or against the pioposed tax levy or tax levies or any part thereof.
