cheese. T he f irs t is th e ch ed d a r typo
which is non-acid. T he second which
is a high q u a lity sm oked cheese is
being well received. In c id e n ta lly this
is the only sm oked cheese m anufac-
tu ie d in O regon. E x p erim en ts are
now being conducted by th e Breese
fam ily on th e B lue o r R o q u efo rt
cheese and th ey nope to develop thi#
type o f cheese to place on tho m ar­
k et in the. n e a r fu tu re . I f th e R oque­
