orial Sunday, May 26, will be “God’s
Law in the Heart,” taken from Jer.
31:1-40. God wrote the old coven
ant on tables of stone and gave it to
his people by the hand of Moses, and
engraven on stone; it is therefore,
dead. The new covenant is written
upon the heart, and given to the
world by the hand of Jesus and His
apostles, and therefore, is alive.
It is good to remember our fallen
heroes with floral tributes, but let
us also remember our risen hero, Je
sus the Christ, for if Christ rules
there, Satan has very little chance.
