more active during the next few months than at any time
since the war. Production during the winter has been low j
and stocks of lumber are low, with a good prospect that
more timber will be used this year than at any near pre­
vious date. Mills and camps are all swinging into action
and capacity production may be expected for the next

ing to have on the bootleggers, but it’s a safe bet that they
will not put Mr. Jones’ picture on their imitation Scotch

thing that Washington will get the most publicity out o f it.
