[ | | E I 1 = § E | The Model T Ford led the motor industry and it still is used by more people than any other automobile, More than eight million Model T Fords are in active service today—an indication of their sturdy worth, reliability and economy. Because of the tremendous investment which people have in these cars and because so many of them will be driven for two, three, and even five more years, the Ford Motor Company will continue to make re- placement parts until, as Henry Ford himself says, “the last Model T is off the road.” I B O B j j j i j j : : \ i | Cooke Motor Co. | •TiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiimmiiimiiiiiiiimmmiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiimiiiiiMiiiiiiiiiiiiiimm......mi-’ Additional Sandy News Mr. a n d Mrs. A. My Dear Mr. Kelley: In verifying our recent conversa tion, I want to repeat that “S. & H.” Green Stamps have afforded me many, many hours of enjoyable diver sification. Most of us “grown-ups” are really kids at heart,—as children we took delight in saving soap wrap pers and coupons of all kinds and af ter we are grown, we all have some pet hobby or collection. I have many friends who save the Sperry and Hutchinson company stamps and I have saved them for many years. One who has never saved them can not realize the fun they are missing. It is really interesting to see the little books fill up as you paste in the stamps, and what a “kick” one gets in pasting in the last stamp. But even after they are filled, the fun isn’t ended. It is so thrilling to trade them in—-to wonder what one will pick—to browse around in the premium department trying to decide which of the hundreds of lovely pres ents to choose. Aside from the fascination of sav ing and exchanging them, one cannot overlook the practical side—the val uable premiums of silverware, jew elry, draperies, lovely furniture of all kinds, in fact everything one could F IS C H E R L E A V E S TO JO IN HO Q U IA M CLU B Bill F ischer, who hag been c a tc h e r fo r th e E staeaad ball team since the firs t o f th e season, le ft T h u rsd ay fo r H oquiam w here he has a very a ttr a c tive o f f e r as c a tc h e r fo r the Hoquiam team in the T im ber League. I have three or four nice cedar chests which I secured with my stamps. Everything that I have chos en from your premiums has been sat isfactory in every way, and when one stops to realize that in securing some thing worthwhile in return for the many pleasant hours spent in collect ing and saving the little green prize winners, one cannot help being grate ful to you for the opportunity. At this time I have on hand some thing over twenty books, wholly filled with S. & H.” stamps, which I have been saving for some time. Can you guess the reason? Why, Christ mas is coming and hundreds of dear little kiddies in orphanages, hospitals and poor homes are looking forward to the dolls and toys which Santa will bring them. And my stamps are go ing to help friend Santa fill his bag, just as they did last year. When my stamps are all gone—I feel as though I have lost a friend and begin at once to save more and get more thrills. If others could only know the pleasures one receives from filling the little books and exchang ing them, I am sure far more people would save them than do now. Thanking you for the many pleas- mt hours which your “S. & H.” green stamps have given to me, and antici pating many more, I am Very sincerely, RUTH ROLAND. “The Busiest Loafers in Town” Dr. H. M.
