The spectacular, blindfolded street
driver made Thursday by Kaleb, the
mental wizard, held the people on the
streets o f Estacada spellbound with
amazement. He drove alone, obey
ed the city ordinances, and negotiated
all turns successfully. The Chevrolet
that was used stood up to his expecta
tions and brought its driver safely
back to the Liberty theatre wherr
close inspection o f every part of' the
blindfold was made by the crowd a-
>waiting.
Kaleb left today to fill other en
gagements but those who saw him
have requested the manager o f the
theatre to book him for a return en
gagement. As a resu’ t Kaleb will give
two performances here Thursday,
November 17th, one at 2 p. m. lor
ladies only and one at 7 :45 for every
body.
At the ladies only matinee no men
will be admitted nor girls under four
teen. At this time questions o f a per
sonal nature may be asked. Then in
the evening Kaleb will give h:S last
performance for local patrons this
year.
During the engagement, Kaleb and
his assistant have mad« many mend.- ^
