The parade formed at their old tem ple at 5th and Main Streets at 1:30, led by a caravan of Muscov ites with their drum corps. Next came Willametta Rebekah lodge, then visiting brothers and Ore gon lodge No. 3. Thomas F. Ryan and suite con ducted the ceremony according to the impressive ritual of the or der. The orator of the day was the Rev. Henry Speiss, a former pastor of the M. E. church in Es tacada, who delivered a masterly address on three links of the or der, friendship, love and truth. A special car came from Portland bringing about seventy-five mem bers, and there were fifty or more from here. Twelve new members were taken into the lodge, and the work was exem plified by a team from the Pro gress Assembly of Portland. Af ter the lodge business was con cluded, a bounteous chicken sup per was served and dancing was indulged in till time to go home. She was a native of Ontario. Canada, being horn February 17, 1860, which made her 62 years. 8 months and 5 days old at the time of her demise. Her hus band predeceased her some years ago. The surviving children are her two sons, Norman and Lee. The luneral services were held | Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 in the j M. E. church at Estaeada, the | Rev. A.
