Symms son-in law and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Hislop, arrived with their baby Monday morning. They came here from Caldwell, Idaho. Conductor Grabel, who has charge of the early morning train, is now a resident of Esta cada. as his wife and children arrived last week. They have rooms at Hotel Estacada. O r e g o n ’s campaign in the Chil dren’s Relief drive began Sur- day. A. E. Sparks was around this week soliciting for the re lief of the children of Europe, and met with excellent success so far. Page Five George Hislop arrived Monday from Portland and Mrs. Hislop will join him in about a week. They will make their home here with their daughter, Mrs. O. E. Syr«a. Mi. Hislop will work as foreman of the N e w s office suc ceeding E. L. Crain resigned.
