Important Real Estate Sale
On Monday S. E. Wooster con
cluded an important real estate
deal for Mrs. Mattie Berg. This
consisted of the sale of an 101 >4
acre farm known as the Stokes
farm, to William Salzvedel of
Heppner in the eastern part of
the state. The consideration was
$12,000.
The new owner will
move with his family on to the
place within the next ten days.
Mr. Wooster informs us that
he has another important deal
pending and that he has received
several letters of inquiry con
cerning real estate in this vicin
ity.
This is very encouraging
and indicates a revival in busi
ness and the herald of a coming
prosperous new year.-
