a certain mortgage executed by Bessie
Sims Brown, and R. A. Brown, her
husband, on the 10th day of July, 1915,
on the following described property sit­
uated in Clackamas County, State o f
Oregon, to-wit: Tract Numbered eight­
een (18) Fairmount Orchards, to Clara
E. Hostetler, and assigned to plaintiff
herein and that the above described
projterty be sold by the Sheriff of
Clackamas County, Oregon, as provid­
ed by law, to satisfy the amount due
and owing to the plaintitf on said mort­
gage; and fuither for a decree that said
defendants and each o f them, and all
persons claiming by or through you,
the said defendants, or eith erof them,
be barred and foreclosed o f any estate,
right, title or interest o f in, or to, said
mortgaged premises, or any part there­
of. and for such other and further re­
lief as may be equitable ami just.
This summons is served upon you by
publication, in accordance with an or­
der by the Honorable J. U. Campbell,
Judge of the Circuit Court o f Clacka­
mas County, Oregon, which said order
is dated the 26th day o f August, 1918,
and which requires that this summons
be published in the Eastern Clackamas
News for six consecutive and successive
weeks, beginning with the issue o f
August 29th, 1918. and ending with the
issue of October 10th 1918. First pub­
lication August 29th, 1918.
