All children and
parents are invited to enjoy the
affair.
South Fork Guard Resigns
J. W. Morris, who for the past
year has been in charge of the in
take of the Oregon City - South
Fork Pipe Line, resigned this
week, his resignation becoming
effective at once.
The resignation of Mr. Morris
is the culmination of a series of
jealousies and troubles, which
has been current among the mem
bers of the Oregon City Water
Board, since its formation.
It is with regret that the many
local friends of Mr. Morris learn
ed of his leaving and best wishes
are extended to him by all.
Dick Githens of Currinsville is
mourning the loss of a fine Collie
dog, which was killed by an auto
mobile last week.

As all reports indicated that
the amount of ni o n e y p a i d by
cheese factories for mi l k was
higher than paid by creameries
or condenseries, naturally the ma
jority of milk producers favored
this form of milk disposal.
The full report of the commit
tees and the general discussions
of the meeting would have been
of interest to all local farmers
and at the next dinner meeting,
which will take place Friday ev
ening, Dec. 29th at the A d a m s
Hotel, the matter will be further
presented and it is likely a form
of organization will be adopted.

pen to all and parties not wishing
to join in the 35c dinners are in
vited to attend the business meet

All members or others inter
