Church Notes The committee and pastor in charge of the Union Services, which were successfully conduct ed at Currinsville last Sunday, wish to thank all who helped and especially the owners of au tomobiles, who volunteered the use of their machines, in getting many of the people to and from the meetings. The services were a decided success, being cooperated in by the churches of Estacada, Gar field, Zion and Currinsville. The next Union Services will be held at the Mt. Zion church in Garfield, the date to be an nounced later by the committee, which is arranging an attractive summer program. This commit tee is composed of members of the different churches in this vicinity and will hold a meeting at the office of Mr. Givens in Es tacada, Saturday afternoon, May 13th, at 2 o’clock. Preaching services will be held at the Estacada M. E. Church next Sunday morning; at Garfield at 3 o’clock in the afternoon and at Currinsville at 8 o’clock that evening. The Christian Endeavor League will meet in the Estacada Chris tian Church, Sunday evening at 7 o’clock, with everyone invited. Rev. Spiessof the Estacada M. E. Church is this week attending to business matters at Gladstone and Oregon City, expecting to be absent for several days, possibly going to Marquam. Last week. Rev. Spiess appeared on the pro gram of the 1. O. 0 . F. Anniver sary Celebration at Molalla and doing likewise Saturday evening at the Estacada celebration.
