ANNOUNCEMENT
To Our Friends and Patrons:-
Elsewhere in this issue of the Progress there appears
notice of the dissolution of the partnership formerly existing between
H. H. Tracy and the undersigned, Mr. Tracy retiring from the business
to devote his time to other interests.
It is my intention to conduct the business at the same
old stand under my own name from now on and I hope to enjoy the
confidence, patronage and good will of my many friends in the
future as I have during the past.
Having been actively associated with the management
of the business during the past year, the change in relationship will in
no wise affect the business, and I will conduct the same with but
one purpose in mind, that of greater service to my patrons.
.
It is my intention to carry as complete a line as is
possible and my prices will at all times be as low as is consistent with
good business, and you will find that in most instances you can save
money by buying of me.
If you should be in the market for any article not
carried in stock and will make your wants known, by giving me at
least 24 hours notice I will get it for you, no m atter what it is.
I want to serve you, and I can only do this by your making
your wants known to me.
1 have adopted as my slogan, and 1 believe that —
A Satisfied Customer is the Best Advertisement ” and I want
every customer to be a satisfied customer.
If you have been a
customer in the past and have been satisfied with the treatment which
you have received, tell your friends, if you have not been satisfied
tell me, that I may profit by the mistakes of the past.
Trusting that our future relations may be mutually
profitable and pleasant, I am,
Very sincerely yours,
f
