The first team that they will meet on the gridiron will be Franklin High, Saturday at 2:30 P. M. Everyone come out and cheer for the boys. We will do This same thing for you If you will give us a chance Last week we figured on a couple of large grocery orders for two of our flour and feed customers who were prepar ing to send the list to one of the Portland mail-order houses— as usual. Sufficient to say, the orders never were sent to any mail order house, as we easily equalled the mail order prices and the satisfied farm er took his groceries home with him. These orders amounted to about $60. each and even on an order of much less than that amount, we could have equaled the mail order prices and incidentally kept the buyer’s money in home circulation.
