About thirty couples from Es­ tacada and vicinity motored out to this popular Garfield resort and thoroughly enjoyed the fes­ tivities, which consisted o f danc­ ing, cards and refreshments. The music as dispensed by Miss Ednah Deming at the piano and Harry Reid at the drums, was an added attraction and greatly livened the dancing. The ideal June evening added much to the success o f this open­ ing ball and everything combined augered well for the future o f this coming resort.
