on the 8th day of December, 19 13 , file
in this office Sworn Statement and Ap­
plication, No. 03977, to purchase the S\V
1-4 ot the S W i-4, Section 34, Township J
| South, Range 4 Last, Willamette Meri­
dian, and the timber thereon, under the
I provisions of the act o( June 3 , 1878,
and acts amendatory, kuown as the
“ Timber and Stone Law,” at such val­
ue as might be fixed by appraisement,
anil that, pursuant to such application,
the land and timber thereon have been
appraised, the timber estimated 280,000
board feet at .30 cents per M, and 250
poles at 10 cents each and the land
#40.00; that said applicant will offer
final proof in support of his application
and sworn statement oil the 30th day
of December, 1914, before Register and
Receiver, II. S. Land Office, at Port­
land, Oregon.
