J. F Lovelace, the above named plaintiff, aud against
Alexander Meyer, the above named defendant, for the
sum of $1,250.00, with interest thereon at the rate
of 6 per cent per annum from the 19th day of Octo­
ber 1911, and the further sum of $100, as attorney’s
fee. and the further sum of $34 50 costs and dis­
bursements. and the costs of and upon this writ, com­
manding me to make sals of the following described
real property, situate in the county of Clackamas,
state of Oregon, to-wit:
