Deane Leverne was the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Townsend, He was born at Woodburn March 13th 1897 and came here with his par ents about four years ago. He was a favorite among his playmates, who eagerlv sought any news about his condition when it was learned that he was seriously ill. Services were held at the house on Wednes day at 2 p. m. Interment was made at Lone Oak Cemetery.
