for the early settlers of this state

public honor paid him for his work.

Two Minute Title Talks
PUTTING MONEY IN THE B A N K
Would you take five twenty dollar bills from your trunk,
roll
them in a wad and drop it through the keyhole of a bank ?
Would that be the way to deposit $100.00?
No; as a sensible man you would’ enter during banking hours,
make out a deposit slip, hand It with the money through the Cash
ier’s window,-and receive a proper credit in your pass book.
So, in payiujuout good money for real estate, the same busi
ness wisdom dictates that you require the simple formality of an
abstract of title.
It is the only safe way.
Don’t poke your money in a rathole.
