Estacada Is an Open Market
It has been said that the impres
sion prevails in some parts of the
farming community that farmers are
not permitted to sell their vegetable
and fruit produce in Estacada with
out paying a license established by
a city ordinance. There is no such
ordinance, and no farmer is asked
to pay a license for the privilege of
selling his produce within the city.
Every day farmers are in town sell
ing stuff to the people.
Someone
must have got Estacada confused
with Portland.
