NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION (Isolated Tract) PUBLIC LAND SALE | Notice is hereby given that in pursu ance of instructions from the Commis sioner of the General Land Office, under authority vested in him by section 2455, U. S. Rev. Stat., as amended by act of Congress approved February 36, 1895, we will proceed to offer at public sale on the 28th day of June, next, at this office, the following tract of land, to-wit: The Lot numbered One of section 32, T. 3 S., R. 4 K., containing 16 acres. Any and all persons claiming adversely the above de scribed lands are advised to file their claims in this office on or before the day above designated for the commencement of said sale, otherwise their rights will be forfeited. The building is to be 16x22 with two cells and a business room. The need of a jail is getting to be very apparent especially on Sunday. Springwater Mill Co. , Cazadero Notes A workman at the dam fell, yesterday, and received a double fracture. He was at once taken to a Portland hospital. The new bridge to be known as bridge 25 has been completed and Conductor Hayes and Engineer Howe took a train of ballast over it Monday. The bridge is i i j feet high and 80 feet long.
