in Mapin several weeks as a guest of
Miss Florence Cavan, left for her
home in Alberta, ' Canada, Friday
Miss Johnson will visit with friends
at Portland before leaving for home.

Meets Old Buddie
James Chalmers was agreeably
surprised last Friday when Harry G.
McDonald walked into the shop. The
two men served in ihe same conti-
gent during the war and became real
buddies. Mr. McDonald comes from
San Francisco, and before leaving
visited relatives at Criterion for a
short time.
Has New Radio.
George Tillotson, of the Maupin
Garage, has a new radio set installed
in the office of that establishment.
Georgo is selling that make oi a
radio receiver and says it is the best
set for the money. He extends an
invitation to all to come in and en
joy the music any evening.
