Old timers here say this has been the wettest March for over 20 years. Alfred Weberg made a trip to the Kishwalk ranch on the reservation Wednesday to get a load of grain. Howard Wood arrived here from Roseburg Tues- Jay to visit at the home if Mr. and Mrs. Sinclair. Fred Riggs arrived here from Portland Sunday. Bon Flinn left here londay for Clyde Whit ocks lambing camp across the Deschutes. Walter Woodside has built a fine new picket fenea around their house and also a front porch. Lambing commenced the 25th on the Abbott iheep ranch. Aileen Goodenough the 16 month daughter of Mr. and Mrs. II. S. Goode riough passed to the great oeyond Tuesday morning it 4 o'clock. She had been ick but about four days ,vith cholera infantum. Rev. J. I. Parker conduct id the funeral services Wednesday at the Kelly cemetery. A short service ffas held at the heme. A loving mother, father two brothers and two sisters ire left to mourn her loss md all have the sympathy of the community in their loss. She was a sweet child and loved by all who knew her. Supt. G.
