Base Ball Mr. and Mrs. II Migill and Frank Magill and family of Wumic are vititing in Portland this week. The ball games played last Sat urday and Sunday by the home boys with teams from Condon and Bend respectively are the fust de feat of the season, The game at Antelope Saturday with Condon was really Maupin's game and would have been won by Maupin had it not been for a few dirty one-sided decisions made by the Condon umpire. As it was the seoro stood 7 to 5 in favor of Condon. The defeat at Bend was expected as the boys were worn out from being up.all niglit and the hard tiip Saturday. ' The boys'play with the Red mond team next Sunday at Red mond, and with Prinevile July lib at PiiiieviHe. Mr. and Mrs. Claud Wilson are visiting in The Dallos and Porlaud this week.
