The machinery is the latest type, known as the American Marvel Mill, manuf.ie tured by the Anglo American Mill Co. of Owensboro, Ky. The grind ing and bolting operation all takea place in one large casting thereby doing away with the iunumerabhi elevating process and long travel of stock which are necessary m the modern long system milles, Owing to the unusually quick short system employed in the American Marvel Mills, the result ant flour is kept clear and free from impurities and free from at trition flour, tho bugbear of the long system mills. Its natural flavor is preserved and its volatile oils which contain the flavft and the sweet aroma of the crushed wheat are not evaporated, or in other words the lifo of the Hour is not milled out. The brand of flour to be used is "Flavo Flour'' which name was adopted by the American Marvel Mill owners association. A sample of this flour must be eent iu to the home office eveiy 80 days for a cemtcal test. This sample must tost of a high per cent of purity or the right of the individual mill '.owner to use this Flnvo brand is rejected, which thereby assures to the public the excellent quality of this brand of Hour, also protecting the association members. II. F, Woodcock and sops' are the proprietors of the mill and are so well and favorably known that no word of intoduction is neces sary. J. II.
