the American Automobile associa
tion have made their mid-winter
diagnosis of the troubles en.
countered by the ever-growing
army of winter motorists and the
diagnosis shows that the troubles
are primarily due to the old cause
of "unpreparedness."

who would avoid trouble in their
winter driving are given in the

Motorist, the official publication of
the American Automobile associa
