terday. It Is stated that when they
were about o meet the plaintiff's
car. on the highway another car
in front of ' them slowed, down
without warning and their cur
skidded, resulting in the collision.
The blame is placed on the car
that slowed down and the defend
ents ask that the case be dismissed
and that they recover theic costs
and disbursements in the suit.
