Three automobiles wero reported

An Oakland touring car owned
by t Milieu, 2223 Alder street, was
taken from the corner of Seventh
avenue und Lincoln street. This
ear had a Nebraska license num
ber G4-D-12, the police were told.
Tho Ford touring oar owned by
M. A. Chamberlain, Oregon license
number 1S2-81U, was stolen from
Seventh avenue east and Pearl
street, between the hours of seven
nnd 9:30 p. m. Mr. Chamberlain
lives on route No. 2, Springfield,
and wus In town with has family
for the evening. This Is tho second
car to be stolen from the Chamber
lain family In a week. Mr. Cham
berlain's son lost a Star car under
similar circumstances Just a few
days ago.
Officers Scott. Williams and
straight were also asked to be on
the lookout for a stolen Chevrolet
car, Oregon license No. 218-782,
taken at Salem early in tho evening
and believed headed this way.
