vice-president and suIoh munuKor
of tho Columbia Tiro corporation,
tho motoring public is BWintring
back to the buying of bottor grado
tiros Mr. Aya has him exceptional
opportunities to study this phase
of the tire business during tho last
few months, as ho-'has covered
12,000 miles throughout tho
Northwest calling on dealers who
handlo C-T-C tires, tho product of
his company.
'During tho last three or tour
years' says Aya. "there has been
a marked tendency for tho motor
ist to try out ono make or cheap
tire after another in his effort to
dodge tho rising prices of that
time. Now, partly becnuso ho is
fed up' and partly because the
prices have reduced somewhat, lhe.
is gradually returning to the prac
tice of buying quality tires."
