out -for his arrest ever since the
raid on the mountain still was
made but he has thus far eluded
the officers. While District At
torney Johnstpn and the sheriff's
deputies were !n that locality
Wednesday they searched Broom's
house and found a quart of moon-"
shine and a biar automatic revol
ver which Uey Jarought to Eugene
with them.
