EM AND PORTLAND TEAMS AT PICNIC The degree team of tho Eugene homestead of tho Brotherhood of American Yeomen won first nlace on Sunday in a competitive drill with teams from Portland nnd Salem, the drill being held at Colorado park, near Corvallis.
