Tho highest minimum for the month was S7 and the lowest minimum 35. Although the month was unusually dry, the maximum wus not as high as tor previous Septembers. In 1928 the maximum was 8H and the minimum 37; in 1027, the maximum we1: .ind the minimum 38: in 1920 the maximum was 89 and the minimum 30; in 1925, max imum 88, minimum 41 ; 1024, maxi mum 92, minimum 30; in 1923, maxi mum 90, minimum, 42.
