Opponents of the Swing-Johnaon
Boulder dam project bare agreed to
permit the measure to come to a
vote at an early date despite the
prospect that they will be defeated
on the final vote by the forces be
hind the measure.
By an unanimous consent agree
ment, the senate decided today to
limit all speeches on the bill to 15
minutes each after 8 p. m. Thurs
day. This limited cloture agree
ment was proposed by Henator Ken
rlrick, Wyoming, democrat. Arizona
leaders of the oppositions to the bill
refrained from making objection.

this week or early next week.
