The local crop of red raspberries
is coming in well now and next week
should find the best of the season in.
Prices continue to drop, the berries
being generally quoted st $2 a crate
Thursdav morning, a drop of 25 cents
or so from W ednesday. Canning
should be well under war next week.
The logans and strawberries con
tinue unchanged, with the former
showing slightly wesker tendencies.
Heavy heus are somewhat higher
on the local produce market, being
listed at IS to 20 eenta Thursday.
The light hens are the tame at 10 tj
14 cents. Springers are a cent lower
at 21 cents.
Eggs remained unchanged. Portland
reported exchange prices from Uc to
