wholesome charming, and interest

one. The story deals with the adven
tures of as orphan boy with only One

hind him. Freckles sets out to show
the stuff from which he is made by

trees.

whom he falls in lore. But to tell the

Creek church last Saturday evening,
it was voted a grand success, and over
$20 was realized from the sale of

Quite a crowd of young folks of
