NORTH EAST, Pa., June 27. UP)
Fashion has forced another pro-:
fession into the already long list of !
subjects in America s "higher educa
tion," expert fox breeding.
A school in fox breeding, with a
class of ambitious young men recruit
ed from all over America, opened to
day on a 7n-acro fox ranch three
miles from North East. A force of
professors, expert in the wiles and '
ways of lir'er Fox, began training
men competent to cater to the ever
growing demnnd of the well-dressed
American woman for exquisite furs.
The new institution is the Hunch '
School for Fox Ureeding, named after I
its founder, Louis Kdward lluseh of :
Washington, D. C, who is president
of the American Fox Institute. This i
class will have an eight weeks sum-
mnr fifilll'tfi I
The instruction will cover the his
tory of fox breeding in this nnd other
countries, elementary zoology, the
principles of animal heredity, and in
breeding nnd outbreeding; in general,
the relation of the fox industry to
American business life and its oppor
tunities as a career. Students will
be given practical experience in car
ing for the animals.
According to Mr. Rusch, the school
is-not operated for profit. It is sup- I
ported through the voluntary contri- 1
butions ot men who hnve tnitn in rue
silver fox industry.
Mr. Rusch declares that during its
short existence as an established in
dustry in America, the silver black
fox fuv producing husiness bad now
reached the point whore it represent
ed an investment of more than $12,-000,000.

ELECTRIC SHOCK IS DEADLY
i
SCUIFFKUSTADT. G e r m n n y, j
June 27. OP) A brook charged with j
electricity proved fatal to one of a j
team of horses recently when the i
owner drove into the stream to wa'sh
the wheels of his carriage. As soon j
as the horses touched the water one
of them dropped dead, while the other (
after frantic efforts managed to break 1
loose from the harness and galloped
out of the water.
Investigation showed that the brook
was charged with electricity, trans
mitted from a subterranean installa
tion power plant.

Hudson's Supreme Advantage Is the Super-Six Motor
ONLY HUDSON CAN HAVE IT
Wo. Iinld it is tin! greatest engine ever lmill. Can ils 'exclusive priuci
lile have anv rival in ininorlauiT J
It adds vast jiower without added weight, size, cylinders or eost. It
almost doubles endurance. No car was ever smoother; and we ques
tion whether any ever equaled it in tins respect. Most important of
all, the Super-Six principle, makes possible Hudson's one great policy
nnd issue to givo greatest value for the money.
Of course you have pride in possessing car qualities you know are
unmatched. And this performance mastery gives innumerable ad
vantages. You .have .dazzling speed and pick-up for any call. Yon
have vpower that levels hills w ith ease. You have smoothness that
makes the long journey without fatigue. And you have superb rid
ing case, gootl looks and reliability that you may value even more
highly than spectacular (nudities of speed and power.
In today's Hudson, economies possible only to the largest production
of (i-cyiinder closed ears in the world, give value advantages never
held by any rival. Never before was its supremacy in quality and
price so outstanding. '
