Reports were received at tbe office
of Sheriff Frnnk K. Taylor this morn
ing that a Chevrolet touring car was
found at the bottom of the steep
bank of the river near Lookout point
on the road to Oakridge, The license
plates were missing and it is believed
that the car may bave been stolen, ac
cording; to information received here.
The motor number was hard to de
cipher, but ;t777 nnd a final figure,
either an S or a 7 is believed to be
correct. The car went off the grade
about one-half mile this side of the
tunnel and went down the. bank nhout
10 feet in the edge of t he river, It is
reported.

has been granted a total temporary
disability rating giving him $UK a
month, according to word received by

Mr. I'erry is now in the veterans'
hospital at American Lake, receiving
treatments for a nervous diuubility

Mrs. Perry and their two children are
living in Kugeue, and bave been eared
