Sues for $20,000
LOS ANGELES. May 15. Annette
Kellerman of swimming fame is the
plaintiff in n $20,000 suit on file in
the superior court today against the
Annette Kellerman Kancho Realty
company and the Annette Kellerman
Rnncho Building company. Sha al
leges the defendants have been sell
ing memberships in a county club pro
ject by wrongfully using her nnmc.
She is not connected with the project
in any way, she says, and estimates
her reputation has hern hurt to the
extent of $20.mo, the amount she
asks ns damages.
