The Installation of Complete
New Equipment For
Examination Of
The Eyes.
I have installed what is known n.i n "New Oenotholmic Refracting Unit"
for the examination of the eyes. This unit is the latest development in
modern optical science, and is tho result of years of study and research by
famous experts.
"Controlled Illumination" and a inoro accurate determination of astigma
tism nnd muscular imbalance, nro the outstanding improvements. I recent
ly spent somo time in San Francisco selecting this equipment and tnking
special instruction in its operation.
This unit is direct from Xew York, the first to arrive on the Tacific coast,
to be installed in a specialist's office, and 'several thousand dollars hnvo
been spent in remodeling my office and installing this equipment, in order
to do more exact work and give you more accurate service.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
I have been appointed licensee for Eugene for tho famous new "SOFT
LITE" tinted lenses. The advantage of SOFT LITES is that they nro
non-lialiit. forming, do not cast a shadow around the eyes or make tho lids
look red, soften the light evenly without reducing vision and blend incon
spiculoiisly with the color of the skin.
The above aniioiincemeiils are further evidence of my desire to give my
patrons the finest optical service to be had anywhere.
