The home of Y. L. Arnold, a quar

Ford Car Stolen
John Snook's Ford bug, parked last

force. The car is described as having
no windshield or fenders.
Motorist Fined

Jailed for Drinking
A "hobo, intoxicated from drinkiug
canned heat, and giving the name of
Jack Doe, was arrested last night by
night patrolmen and held in the'eky

released on promise to get out of town

A meeting of the community council
of religious education, in charge of

Mrs. Susm Jones, mother of Mrs.
Fred E. Chambers of Eugene, died nt
